How to ask Segno to review and delete account, workspace, or connected-service information where deletion is available.

How to request deletion
Signed-in users can open a deletion request from Segno support. The request is routed to the internal support queue for manual review and follow-up.
If you cannot sign in, contact your Segno operator or the Segno team through the contact path used for your account setup. Include enough information for the team to identify the account or workspace.
What to include
Include your name, account email, workspace or creator name if known, the information you want deleted, and whether the request is for your own account, a student record, or connected-service data.
Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or private access details in the request.
Expected response path
Segno reviews deletion requests manually. An internal operator should acknowledge the request, confirm identity or authority where needed, complete the deletion checklist, and update the request status.
If Segno needs more information, the request may be marked waiting on user until the missing details are provided.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained when needed for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or service integrity reasons.
When full deletion is not available, Segno should explain the practical next step or retention reason in plain language.
Connected-service data
If a workspace used a connected service, Segno should disconnect it or remove Segno-held records where the product supports it. The outside service may keep separate records under its own account and policies.
Manual tracking remains separate from connected-service updates. Removing Segno-held data does not automatically delete content from YouTube, Google Drive, Frame.io, Meta, TikTok, or any other external service.
