Terms of Service

Segno is a proof-and-progress platform for creator workspaces. Users should use Segno only for authorized workspace activity and only with information they have permission to submit.

Workspace owners are responsible for inviting the right people, managing access, and ensuring submitted proof, testimonials, and connected-service evidence are appropriate for their program.

Users are responsible for keeping account access secure. Segno may limit or remove access when needed to protect the product, a workspace, or other users.

Role-based access controls are intended to keep creators, students, editors, sales users, and internal operators within the correct workspace boundaries.

Users should not upload private, confidential, or third-party material unless they have permission to use it in Segno.

Proof, outcomes, and testimonials should only be used publicly when the product shows the required release or consent state.

Segno may include manual workflows, connection setup states, and integrations that are not certified for every workspace. The product should not be treated as a guarantee of student outcomes, revenue, content performance, or outside-service availability.
